When you contact us

We use the name, contact details and event information you provide to respond to your inquiry and help plan your celebration. Please avoid sending payment card details, passwords or sensitive personal information through this form.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiries are saved privately with our website hosting provider and made available to our team. We may use FormSubmit or Resend to deliver inquiry notifications to our inbox. Website access and security services are provided through the Sites hosting platform and Cloudflare. If you choose WhatsApp or email links, the information you send is handled by that service.

Storage and access

Website inquiry backups are kept for up to one year and are available to authorized site administrators. Emails and event records may be kept longer when needed to handle your event or business records. Contact us to ask about accessing, correcting or deleting your inquiry information.

Preferences and simple counts

Your browser can remember your music and volume preferences. We count successful inquiries and clicks on phone and WhatsApp links using daily totals, without advertising cookies or visitor profiles. Click tracking respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Temporary, daily-changing hashed network identifiers help limit abuse; we do not store raw IP addresses in our application database. Security providers may process network information for their own security operations. Aggregated counts are kept for up to 13 months; expired application records are removed during routine site activity.

Google reviews and photos

Public reviews displayed here come from Google. The “Leave a Google review” link opens Google, where its own account and privacy settings apply. Our event photos are selected from the Wise Events album.
